Extra special: my sister Anna, Gendai Reiki Master, Teacher and Crystal Healer, will be visiting from the USA for a month. We will be holding a special Winter Calm Workshop to help you balance and recharge, ready for December. This is a unique, one-off opportunity for us to work together and hold space for you. We would love you to join us! Details below.

From 5th June 2023, I will be working predominantly in schools, delivering wellbeing training and support sessions across Surrey for the Eikon charity.

 

I'll continue to teach yoga and barre in Farnham, but only once a week. This small group class is full on Fridays, but if you would like to join the waiting list, please get in touch.
